Andressa Urach

Andressa began her romantic relationship with Tiago at the age of 15, when they were both in high school. After three months of dating and living together, they moved together in his house. Arthur Urach Costa (born May 19, 2005) was their sole child. Following marital disagreements, the couple divorced in 2008 following six years together. Andressa moved in together with their son in their mother's home. She lost her job after six months, and she made the decision to relocate their son Sao Paulo to seek a new life. But, since she was vain and very driven, her first purpose in moving towards Sao Paulo was to be successful and well-known. Andressa Urach, in the book Morri Par Viver states that her foster father abused her right from the time she was 2 years old until she was 8. Andressa only managed to escape all of this abuse because her foster grandmother noticed her in the act. Andressa went back to stay at home with her mom and didn't realize that Andressa experienced any form of sexual abuse until she wrote her book. In interviews that she achieved something that, to her, was impossible before her spiritual transformation: forgiving her victim. This was among my most difficult choices I've faced. I made contact with the man that physically assaulted me. This was no easy feat. I told him on the phone after a long period of praying and fasting, to forgive the man. And even though I am not guilty of anything I pleaded with forgiveness. The only thing I did was to ask forgiveness. Mariste Urach explains in an interview with Globo about what she was feeling after learning of the abuse that her daughter endured. Urach went to the city in Rio Grande do Sul where the perpetrator lived in order to take the revenge.
